Please read and comply with the following regulations.

Regulations of the outdoor swimming pool of the Czarna Perła Housing Community

Each person using the outdoor pool is required to familiarize themselves with the provisions of these regulations and to comply with their provisions.

1) The regulations cover the outdoor pool

2) The outdoor pool is available to residents of the community during the summer season, i.e. from June 15 to September 15 from 10:00 to 20:00.

3) The pool serves a recreational function, without supervision by a lifeguard.

4) The depth of the pool is 120 cm.

5) Children under 18 may stay in the outdoor pool area only under the supervision of an adult.

6) During cleaning work (water vacuum cleaner), it is strictly forbidden to enter the pool basin.

7) Persons using the pool are required to wear a swimsuit and take a shower before entering the pool.

8) Before entering the outdoor pool area, change your shoes to flip-flops.

9) It is prohibited to jump into the water and run in the outdoor pool area.

10) It is prohibited to bring food and sharp, dangerous elements/articles, in particular glass (including cosmetics in glass packaging), into the outdoor pool area.

11) It is prohibited to:
a) serve, bring and consume alcohol, intoxicants,
b) eat meals,
c) smoke cigarettes and tobacco products,
d) litter the facility,
e) bring and stay animals,
f) allow persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants to enter,
g) allow persons whose health condition may pose a risk of drowning and endanger the health of other persons using the pool.

12) Only plastic cups or bottles may be used in the outdoor pool.

13) It is forbidden to use the outdoor pool by people whose external signs indicate skin diseases, open cuts, infectious diseases, wounds that are difficult to heal, epilepsy, breathing difficulties, balance disorders and aggressive behavior.

14) People with unstable health should use the outdoor pool with particular caution.

15) It is forbidden to destroy the facility’s equipment and pollute the water.

16) A person who intentionally or inadvertently pollutes the pool will be charged for replacing the water.

17) The use of the outdoor pool is at the user’s own risk.

18) The Czarna Perła Housing Community is not responsible for bodily injuries and accidents resulting from violations of the regulations.
